Job Description
Shannon Family Automotive is a family-owned import specialist in Folsom — Honda, Acura, Toyota, Lexus — servicing 550+ vehicles a month, with real room to grow. Ownership is present and invested, and this is a seat with real autonomy — not a title on an org chart. We're looking for an Operations Manager to build and protect the systems that keep the shop running right: work order accuracy, parts quality, team development, daily accountability. Onboarding starts on the counter as an advisor — you earn the business before you oversee it.
