Job Summary:
Start your career in Supply Chain with YQN! Our Supply Chain Operation Coordinator is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals who want hands-on experience across inventory management, logistics and transportation . You'll work alongside experienced professionals, develop practical supply chain skills, and gain exposure to different areas of our operations.
Responsibilities :
Support daily warehouse and distribution center operations. Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and quality control. Support order fulfillment, shipping, and returns processing. Analyze operational data and assist with performance tracking. Work with cross-functional teams to solve operational challenges. Participate in process improvement projects and special assignments. Follow company safety and operational procedures.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred. Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and teamwork skills . Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office . Willingness to learn new systems and processes. Interest in supply chain, logistics, or operations. Mandarin/English bilingual skills are a plus.
