Business Operations Manager AVerMedia Technologies Inc Fremont, CA Job Details Full-time From $75,000 a year 1 day ago Qualifications Mandarin Accounts receivable Power BI Data visualization software proficiency Accounts payable Process improvement Tableau Full Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operational processes that support our regional business unit. This role will be responsible for inventory management, operational reporting, ERP system administration, cross-functional coordination, and financial process support. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with both operational and financial responsibilities. This is an in-office position Key Responsibilities Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficient workflow and process execution. Manage inventory records, reconciliation, and inventory accuracy across systems. Coordinate purchasing, order fulfillment, logistics, and supplier communications. Maintain and optimize ERP workflows, including data integrity and operational reporting within SAP. Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs, inventory trends, and operational performance. Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, and related bookkeeping functions. Reconcile bank and operational transactions and maintain accurate internal records. Prepare monthly operational and financial reports for management review. Collaborate with external accounting partners during audits, tax preparation, and compliance reviews. Assist leadership in budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiencies. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal business requirements. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in business operations, supply chain, inventory management, finance operations, or a related field. Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP. Strong understanding of inventory management, reporting, and operational workflows. Experience building dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. Proficiency in speaking Mandarin Chinese required; reading/writing Mandarin is a plus. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting processes is a plus, but not required. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
