Thrive with Volt! Volt is immediately hiring an On-Site Coordinator in Fremont, CA. As an On-Site Coordinator , you will: Conduct new hire orientations Serve as the main point of contact between client and delivery team Oversee safety protocol adherence, track workplace engagement, and ensure all employees receive proper role training Track hiring metrics, process workforce data, and manage vendor or payroll administration tasks This is a full-Time opportunity!

Schedule :

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm The ideal candidate will have: 1 to 3 years of professional experience in recruitment, human resources, or staffing coordination Knowledgeable with Applicant Tracking Systems Understanding of local employment laws, worker safety. Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills to manage temporary workers and client expectations on-site

Pay Rate:

$25.00 per hour
