Job Description
Operations Supervisor - Facilities Services We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Supervisor to oversee daily service operations and lead a team of employees in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day leadership, direction, and support to a team of employees Plan, organize, and assign work to ensure operational and client expectations are met Monitor employee performance and provide coaching, training, and feedback Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure service standards are consistently maintained Address employee concerns and assist with resolving workplace issues Support staffing, scheduling, and workforce coverage needs Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements Assist with incident reporting and follow-up as needed Maintain accurate records and complete required administrative tasks Partner with management to support operational goals and continuous improvement initiatives Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Previous supervisory or leadership experience in facilities, operations, custodial, hospitality, manufacturing, or a related industry preferred Strong leadership and people-management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to work a flexible schedule based on operational needs What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Comprehensive benefits package Medical, dental, and life insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Additional employment requirements may apply based on the needs of the position and client requirements. Pay:
$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:
