Job Description

Are you an experienced Operations Supervisor with a strong background in janitorial or commercial cleaning services? We are looking for a hands-on leader who understands the demands of managing cleaning operations, supervising employees, maintaining high service standards, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in janitorial, custodial, commercial cleaning, or facilities services and is comfortable working in the field, solving problems, and holding teams accountable for quality and performance. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily janitorial and facilities service operations across assigned locations Lead, supervise, and support cleaning teams to ensure staffing and service requirements are met Plan, organize, and assign daily work based on client needs and operational priorities Conduct regular site visits and quality inspections to ensure cleaning standards are consistently maintained Monitor employee performance, attendance, and productivity; provide coaching, training, and feedback Train employees on cleaning procedures, proper use of equipment, chemicals, safety practices, and company standards Address staffing challenges, call-offs, performance issues, and other operational concerns promptly Support recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and workforce coverage as needed Communicate regularly with clients and respond professionally to service concerns or requests Identify opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency, and employee performance Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and client-specific procedures Complete inspections, reports, schedules, and other required operational documentation Work closely with management and the recruiting team to maintain appropriate staffing levels Respond to operational issues and provide hands-on support when needed Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in janitorial, custodial, commercial cleaning, or facilities services strongly preferred Experience supervising cleaning crews and/or multiple service locations preferred Strong understanding of commercial cleaning operations, procedures, equipment, and quality standards Proven ability to lead, motivate, train, and hold employees accountable Strong customer service and client relationship skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and locations Comfortable working in a hands-on, field-based operational role Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to work a flexible schedule based on operational and client needs Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Comprehensive benefits package Medical, dental, and life insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Opportunities for professional growth and advancement A leadership role with the opportunity to make a direct impact on service quality and team performance

$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
