Our multidisciplinary team delivers services in homes, clinics, schools, and community settings. As our footprint grows, we are expanding our HR leadership capacity to strengthen compliance, employee relations, and operational excellence across multiple states. ⸻ Position Overview The HR Supervisor will manage day-to-day human resources functions across Go Behavioral's multi-state operations. This position ensures alignment with company standards, state-specific labor laws, and organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong compliance background, experience managing dispersed teams, and the ability to streamline HR processes across locations. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Oversee full-cycle HR operations across California, Florida, and additional states. Ensure compliance with multi-state labor laws and federal regulations. Manage employee relations, documentation, and investigations with professionalism and discretion. Oversee onboarding, benefits administration, and personnel records. Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership to maintain scheduling and attendance compliance. Audit timecards, leaves, and payroll records for accuracy. Support progressive discipline and performance management processes. Develop and implement HR reporting, procedures, and compliance initiatives. Serve as a trusted advisor on HR policy interpretation and best practices. Foster a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture. ⸻ Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required). 3-5 years of HR generalist or supervisory experience, ideally within healthcare, education, or behavioral health. Strong working knowledge of multi-state HR compliance, including California and Florida labor laws. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems, timekeeping platforms, and Google Workspace. ⸻ Preferred Certifications PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP (preferred but not required). ⸻ Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary based on experience. Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday. On-site role with travel to Go Behavioral locations as required. ⸻
