You will be responsible for the delivery of the programs and in charge of the venue. You will supervise staff and inform management on progress and performance. You must work at a faster than average pace and be able to adapt to change. You must be a diligent rule follower. Bringing enthusiasm and the ability to influence others is a huge positive. The goal is to ensure each program will be delivered successfully and add the highest possible value to the organization. Responsibilities Running the programs for each season which includes setting up the venues, helping coaches and parents on game day, making sure staff is there and ready to work and cleaning venue up after programs are over for day. Supervise referees and sports coordinators involved to provide feedback and resolve complex problems. Keep senior management informed with detailed information. Drive small 10ft box truck with equipment between storage and venue. Skills General understanding of sports. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills. Background check will be conducted upon hiring.
