$17-$19 per hour (depending on experience) About Us Summit Route Logistics is a fast-paced distribution and delivery company committed to exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and reliable transportation solutions. We are seeking an organized, proactive Operations Coordinator to join our team and help manage daily logistics, inventory, and customer relations. Responsibilities Coordinate and dispatch drivers to assigned delivery locations Monitor routes and communicate schedule updates to drivers Prepare and organize customer orders for delivery Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records Assist with receiving and stocking products Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in person Resolve delivery issues and customer concerns professionally Support management with operational tasks and team coordination Help oversee workflow and provide guidance to team members when necessary Maintain clean and organized workspaces Ensure orders are completed accurately and on time Money management experience Qualifications Required 1+ year of dispatching, logistics, warehouse, or operations experience Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication skills Basic computer proficiency Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Dependable with strong attention to detail Preferred Experience supervising or leading small teams Familiarity with inventory management systems Experience using dispatch software or GPS tracking platforms Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Skills We Value Problem-solving mindset Time management Conflict resolution Leadership potential Customer relationship management Adaptability Team-oriented attitude Benefits Competitive pay Opportunities for advancement Paid training Employee discounts (if applicable) Supportive team environment
