Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager
  • Food to lead and optimize end-to-end manufacturing operations for a growing food and beverage production environment in Fresno, CA.
This direct hire leadership opportunity is ideal for a strategic, hands-on operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and is passionate about improving systems, scaling processes, and delivering high-quality products. In this high-impact role, you will oversee cross-functional operations across production, supply chain, engineering, R D, and quality assurance. You will partner closely with leadership to drive operational excellence, strengthen performance metrics, improve production efficiency, and support long-term business growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily manufacturing operations across production, supply chain, engineering, R D, and quality assurance functions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce waste, improve quality, and strengthen operational efficiency.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with growth goals, production needs, customer expectations, and cost-control objectives.
  • Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, budgets, cash flow, P&L, and operational reporting to support effective decision making.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, SQF, CFIA, CODEX, and workplace safety standards.
  • Coach, develop, and lead cross-functional teams while supporting change management, process improvement, and a high-performance operations culture. Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: $120,000 to $140,000 per year.
