ABM is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior District Manager to lead healthcare support services operations across multiple hospital, outpatient, and healthcare facilities. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, employee engagement, safety performance, and financial results while ensuring a clean, safe, and healing environment for patients, visitors, and caregivers. The ideal candidate is a proven healthcare operations leader who excels at building high-performing teams, developing frontline leaders, strengthening client relationships, and delivering exceptional service in complex healthcare environments.
Pay:
$100-$110 The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program. •The exact offer depends on experience, skills, and market data; eligible for an annual bonus.

Employee Benefits | Staff & Management Required Qualifications 5+ years of progressive leadership experience managing large teams within healthcare, hospitality, facility services, environmental services (EVS), support services, or related operations. Experience overseeing multi-site operations, budgets, staffing, and client relationships. Proven ability to lead through change while delivering operational and financial results. What You'll Do Operational Leadership Lead day-to-day operations across multiple healthcare facilities, ensuring consistent delivery of services that meet or exceed contractual obligations and client expectations . Drive operational excellence through quality assurance programs, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partner closely with hospital administration, facility leadership, and department stakeholders to address service needs and identify opportunities for growth. Ensure all locations maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, infection prevention support, and customer service. Client Partnership & Business Growth Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients and key stakeholders. Conduct regular client reviews to monitor performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities to expand services. Collaborate with business development partners to support contract retention, renewals, and new business opportunities. Act as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients by proactively identifying operational solutions that improve outcomes. Team Development & Employee Engagement Recruit, develop, coach, and mentor supervisors and frontline teams. Foster a culture of accountability, recognition, safety, and continuous learning. Lead performance management activities, including coaching, corrective action, and career development planning. Ensure proper staffing levels to support service delivery and business objectives. Financial Management Manage district labor, supply, and operating budgets to achieve financial performance goals. Monitor productivity, labor utilization, and expenses while identifying opportunities for cost optimization. Review financial reports and operational metrics to drive informed business decisions. Assist with billing processes and financial reporting requirements in accordance with company policies. Safety, Compliance & Risk Management Champion a strong safety culture through compliance with ABM, OSHA, Joint Commission, CMS, and healthcare facility standards. Ensure timely investigation and reporting of workplace incidents, property damage, and workers' compensation claims. Conduct facility audits, safety inspections, and operational reviews to ensure regulatory compliance. Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations impacting healthcare support services operations.
