This role involves performing a variety of restoration services to help clients recover from fire, water, mold, and other damages. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry and possess a strong work ethic, technical skills, and a commitment to quality service. As a Restoration Supervisor, you will play a vital role in restoring properties and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient and effective restoration practices. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate restoration crew members during project execution, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule Oversee all operations within restoration projects to maintain cleanliness and safety standards Manage workflow, assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to team members for optimal productivity Conduct inspections to identify the scope of work for potential jobs Ensure compliance with safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and environmental guidelines throughout all activities Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, including dry logs and photos Qualifications Experience in supervising or leadership in water, mold, and smoke remediation Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and safety Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients alike Previous experience working in restoration or disaster recovery projects is a plus but not required

$26.00 - $32.00 per hour
