This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly, maintaining accurate records, and supporting a fast-paced business environment. Responsibilities Administrative Support Manage daily office operations and administrative functions Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars Answer phones, emails, and provide professional client communication Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and business documents Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Support management with special projects and operational tasks Bookkeeping Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Process invoices and track expenses Reconcile bank and credit card statements Assist with payroll and vendor payments Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Work within QuickBooks and other accounting software Inventory & Shipping Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels Receive, organize, and track incoming shipments Prepare, package, and process outgoing shipments Coordinate with shipping carriers and vendors Monitor inventory counts and perform periodic audits Ensure inventory systems are updated and accurate Track order fulfillment and resolve shipping discrepancies Qualifications 3+ years of administrative, bookkeeping, office management, or inventory experience Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory management Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional, reliable, and self-motivated Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a small business environment Knowledge of inventory management software Experience with e-commerce, fulfillment, or warehouse operations Payroll processing experience What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and proactive.
