•Distribution to lead our warehouse team at our facility in Livermore, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse logistics, ensuring optimal productivity, and fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and collaboration.

The ideal candidate is an effective communicator and strategic problem-solver who excels in a fast-paced environment, can manage flexible shift demands, and is dedicated to developing frontline talent.

Shift & Schedule Morning Shift:

6:00 AM

•2:30

PM Afternoon Shift:

2:00 PM

•10:30

PM Hours:

Minimum of 10 hours per shift/day

Work Week:

5 to 6 days per week (schedule flexibility required to meet operational demands)

Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Development:

Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of frontline warehouse associates with a strong focus on inclusion, morale, and high-performing teamwork.

Safety & Compliance:

Uphold and enforce strict health, safety, and compliance regulations across the facility to maintain a secure and hazard-free work environment.

Performance Monitoring:

Track operational metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to analyze output, identify process bottlenecks, and deliver comprehensive reports to senior management.

Continuous Improvement:

Foster open communication channels and champion continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse and distribution workflows to optimize efficiency.

Daily Operations:

Manage daily workload planning, resource allocation, and inventory accuracy to meet tight operational deadlines across extended shifts.

Requirements & Qualifications Schedule Flexibility:

Ability to work standard morning or afternoon shifts, put in a minimum of 10 hours per day, and work a demanding 5 to 6-day work week.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent operational management experience preferred.

Experience:

1+ years of experience in a lead, supervisory, or management role (experience in logistics, supply chain, or a fast-paced warehouse environment is highly preferred).

Leadership Skills:

Proven track record in staff management, shift workload planning, conflict resolution, and setting clear operational objectives.

Technical Skills:
