The Opportunity We are seeking an Operations Project Manager to execute critical initiatives that improve operational effectiveness, efficiency, and profitability. This role supports new client implementations, robotics rollouts, and special projects across the organization. You will also drive efficiency through standardization of supplies, equipment management, and maintenance planning. What You'll Do Support new client onboarding projects , ensuring smooth transitions and service readiness. Manage and support robotic cleaning deployments , including training and integration. Execute initiatives that improve efficiency and profitability, including supply standardization and equipment lifecycle management . Collaborate across departments to deliver projects that strengthen service delivery, operational performance, and cost management . What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in operations, project execution, or facilities management . Proven track record executing cross-functional projects with measurable business impact. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach . Excellent communication and leadership skills—you can influence and align cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel for key client and operational projects.
