This position is ideal for someone who understands professional cleaning services, knows how to lead and hold crews accountable, and is highly organized when it comes to scheduling, equipment, and company vehicles. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee carpet cleaning, window washing, and hard-surface floor care services Schedule crews and coordinate daily and weekly service routes Ensure jobs are properly staffed and completed on schedule Train, coach, and supervise field employees Perform quality-control inspections and follow up on service issues Maintain high standards for customer service and workmanship Communicate with customers and resolve service concerns Ensure crews have the proper equipment, chemicals, and supplies Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs when needed Manage company vehicle maintenance , including routine service, repairs, inspections, registration, and maintenance records Monitor vehicle condition, cleanliness, and driver accountability Help control labor, supply, equipment, and operating costs Maintain accurate schedules, service records, and operational documentation Work closely with management to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

Previous experience in carpet cleaning, floor care, window cleaning, janitorial services, facilities services, or a related field Supervisory or management experience preferred Strong scheduling and organizational skills Must be bilingual (English & Spanish) Ability to manage multiple crews and changing priorities Knowledge of professional cleaning equipment, chemicals, and proper procedures Strong communication and customer-service skills Basic computer and mobile-app skills Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Dependable, professional, and willing to be hands-on when necessary Screening Requirements Motor Vehicle, Criminal Background Check We're looking for someone who takes ownership, solves problems, communicates well, and doesn't wait for someone else to handle an issue. You should be comfortable working both in the field and in the office , managing people while keeping schedules, vehicles, equipment, and customer commitments organized.
