APD), a Fortune 500 manufacturer of industrial gases, is seeking a guide Site Supervisor for its Northern California team at our Martinez, CA site. The Site Supervisor role is a key member of the management team for the Northern California HYCO facilities. In this position, you will have day to day responsibility for safe, reliable, and compliant operation of the facility as well as supervisory responsibility for the site operations team. The facility consists of one Steam Methane Reformer (SMR) hydrogen plant with associated auxiliary equipment and a PSA unit for syngas purification. This site is located within the Marathon Renewable Fuels Facility located in Martinez CA. The successful candidate will build positive relationships within the plant operations and maintenance teams, regional specialists/engineers, and contractors. Responsibilities:
Lead a team of 6 Operators and develop site talent through mentor, training, and progression boards. Own the sites' Basic Safety Process, Process Safety Management, and ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and County regulatory requirements. Work closely with the maintenance supervisor to coordinate scheduled/unscheduled work, set maintenance priorities and plan maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with Preventive Maintenance programs and Mechanical Integrity programs. Support of all aspects of the day-to-day operation by troubleshooting plant process problems, driving plant projects, and understanding safe operating, invent, permit limits. Investigate incidents and near misses, understand and accurate the root cause of failures. Interface daily with on-site host customer to coordinate product supply and site safety. Lead plant budget. Fulfill Operations responsibilities in conjunction with HYCO Projects and Turnaround Planning. Able to respond and support plant issues on a 24/7 basis.

Minimum Hiring Requirements:
5 years of manufacturing or production background Supervisory experience preferred Must maintain a valid driver's license, a clean driving record and the ability to access and safely operate a reliable personal vehicle on an ongoing basis. Must be legally eligible to work in the US without current or future sponsorship (e.g. temporary work visa or work permit). The expected pay range for this job varies based on location. In California, the expected pay range is $90,000 - $125,000 plus bonus. These are the ranges we reasonably expect to pay for this position as individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors. ARC is a California specific program to provide additional base pay compensation for exempt employees who reside in select high-cost counties and directly support an Air Products site or business within a high-cost county.
