Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restoration Operations Manager to lead and oversee our cleaning and restoration services. In this pivotal role, you will manage a team responsible for industrial cleaning, custodial tasks, sanitation, and safety compliance across various commercial and hospitality environments. Your leadership will ensure high-quality service delivery, adherence to safety regulations, and exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate restoration operations across multiple sites, ensuring all tasks meet company standards and client expectations Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver superior janitorial, industrial cleaning, laundry, and hospitality services while fostering a positive team environment Develop and implement effective management strategies for cleaning & sanitation processes to optimize efficiency and quality control Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, health standards, and environmental protocols during all operational activities Manage client relationships by providing excellent customer service, addressing concerns promptly, and maintaining open communication channels Conduct regular inspections of work sites to monitor cleanliness standards, safety practices, and adherence to operational procedures Oversee inventory management for cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance schedules, and procurement needs Skills Extensive experience in cleaning services including industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, custodial work, and hospitality housekeeping management Proven staff supervision and team management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively Strong knowledge of safety regulations related to sanitation, industrial cleaning, and workplace safety protocols Excellent managerial communication skills to coordinate with clients, team members, and upper management Demonstrated leadership in managing janitorial operations or similar facilities management roles Ability to implement cleaning & sanitation management strategies that enhance service quality Experience with laundry operations within hospitality or healthcare environments is a plus Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships Familiarity with management practices in custodial services or housekeeping environments Join us to lead a dedicated team committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
