Job Description
Job Description Our ultra-high-net-worth client is seeking an experienced Director of Residences / Estates to oversee a portfolio of luxury properties across multiple locations. This leader will provide strategic oversight to house managers and maintenance teams, ensure consistency in service delivery across all residences, and serve as the primary liaison between ownership, vendors, and property staff. The ideal candidate brings a blend of estate management, luxury hospitality, project management, and operational leadership experience. Key Responsibilities Oversee operations across multiple luxury residences and manage on-site House Managers and Maintenance teams. Establish and maintain standardized operating procedures, service standards, and best practices across all properties. Serve as the central point of communication between ownership, property teams, and external vendors. Deliver and uphold five-star hospitality and "yacht-level" service standards across all residences. Lead construction, renovation, maintenance, and interior design projects from planning through execution. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, budgets, timelines, and performance. Ensure each residence is consistently maintained, guest-ready, and aligned with ownership expectations. Drive operational excellence, organization, discretion, and consistency across all properties. - Strong background in high end hospitality (yacht, luxury hotel, or similar)
- Experience managing multiple properties and teams
- Proven project management skills across construction and interior design
- Highly organized, discreet, service driven, and travel flexible
- Yacht + private residence experience strongly preferred; preference for managing multiple estates
