You will lead through the existing functional leaders for each of these disciplines, holding them accountable for service quality, operational excellence, and team performance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exemplary leadership, people management, critical thinking, innovation, and the ability to operate across multiple service lines at once. delivering reliable, high-quality workplace services at scale; optimizing Transportation, Culinary, Mail Room, and Janitorial services; and finding the best solutions locally and at scale. All of this under the guiding principle of sustainability. What You'll Do Lead and develop the existing leaders for Transportation, Culinary, Mail Room, and Janitorial. Set clear expectations, coach performance, and hold each discipline accountable for service delivery, program excellence, safety, and KPI results Sustain and iterate operational guidelines, standard procedures, and service standards, and manage day-to-day Workplace Operations to maximize efficiency across transportation, kitchens and dining, mail/shipping infrastructure, custodial assets, and site resources Partner with functional leaders to maintain staffing by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintain a safe and secure work environment; and develop growth opportunities for leaders and their teams Implement vendor management best practices and oversee vendors, business partners, and contractors supporting Transportation, Culinary, Mail Room, and Janitorial Own reporting and budget alignment for all four functions within the department budget. Review plans and proposals to determine timeframes, identify required resources, and resolve operational issues Act as the subject matter expert for internal clients and the Workplace Operations team, and strengthen customer relationships across the organization, using functional leaders as the primary operators.
