What to Expect As a Transportation Lead Support, you will oversee parking, valet and assist with transportation operations across multiple locations, ensuring operational efficiency, and adherence to safety protocols. You will manage a team of (30+) associates daily ensuring they provide the best customer service to our employees. You will be expected to identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience, particularly during night shifts, and support program-level projects. You will handle inventory, support budgeting, investigate damage claims, and maintain accurate data for reporting.
