Role Summary As Workplace Operations Manager based in our Palo Alto office — Mistral's North America HQ (~11k sq ft in Downtown Palo Alto) — you'll own the day-to-day operations and overall office experience. You'll manage vendors, run employee engagement events, coordinate onboarding, and serve as a culture champion. Reporting to the Office Management Lead AMER/APAC, you'll also support regional programs and initiatives, with a path to grow into a right-hand role for the broader
AMER/APAC
workplace strategy.
What You Will Do :
Daily Office Operations — daily inspections, mail/packages, facilities & building management, food/snack/beverage programs Vendor & Facilities Management — vendor relationships & contracts, maintenance/repairs, evaluation cadence Employee Experience & Onboarding — new hire desk setup/equipment/onboarding, swag programs, first point of contact for employee questions Event Programming & Culture — all-hands, holiday parties, team offsites; building an attendance/engagement strategy
Who You Are:
4+ years in Office Management or Workplace Operations (startup/scale-up a plus)
Tech-savvy:
Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, ticketing systems Experience with access control & visitor management systems Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Service-oriented, proactive, discreet, with a positive can-do attitude Experience with workplace/space utilization data (Excel, Tableau, Power BI) Experience with office build-outs, relocations, or renovations What We Offer We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance.
