Job Summary Track Marshall Lead The Track Marshall Lead position is a full time hourly role, that will be responsible for assisting the Operation Supervisors of the facility with leading on a daily basis including, staffing and training of all hourly staff, cost control, service standards, operational procedures and policies, guest relations, sanitation, environment control, cash handling, staff motivation and safety and security. The Operation Supervisor must be the leader of the shift with the operations managers and create an environment that encourages ownership and accountability. A Lead Track Marshall is expected to maintain the quality and ethical standards set by Red Hawk casino. Duties and Responsibilities Manage daily operations: staffing, scheduling, labor, repair and maintenance, cleanliness, organization, service timing and quality of products. Accountable to maximize daily sales and effectively manage costs, labor and cash control Maintain opening, running and closing duties for department Customer interaction and auditing of customer experience including but not limited to event execution Ensuring that track personnel run races safely and efficiently Ensuring that mechanic personnel maintain our karts in peak working condition Ensuring that all staff are strictly adhering to company policies and providing outstanding customer service Ordering and purchasing operation supplies, concessions, and retail merchandise Performing operational paperwork duties including safety, payroll, facility Contributing to schedules and employee communications Corresponding with and providing regular reports to Management Maintaining the highest standard of facility appearance including storage areas and the parking lot Coordinate with your leadership to ensure that all facility maintenance is performed quickly Responsible to provide management with direct and honest feedback of staff regarding performance Assist with staff training and employee relations Assures that staff morale is maintained at a high level Takes an active part in the recruitment and retention of staff Performs all other duties as assigned. Qualification Requirements Current trainer or team lead a plus Proven leadership and team skills; ability to motivate and manage all levels of staff Strong written, verbal and organizational skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision and make independent decisions and judgement in keeping with the level of the position. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Maintain all safety procedures Open and full availability Willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends. Sensitivity to confidentiality. Use of discretion regarding personal and confidential employee matters. Gregarious, upbeat and outgoing personality.
