About This Opportunity:

The Director of Operations is a part of the executive team and a key leadership position. They will be responsible for leading, creating and executing the organization's strategic operational goals. In addition to the strategic components, the Director of Operations will be charged with driving the day-to-day areas of warehouse management, facilities management, product distribution, pharmaceutical distribution compliance and operational staff development. The Director of Operations will build organizational capacity and operational efficiencies while motivating and challenging others in a way that inspires and promotes operational excellence with an emphasis on high customer satisfaction. The Director of Operations has the following direct reports: the Senior Distribution Manager (CA), Regional Distribution Manager (KS), Senior Distribution Manager (NC) and Licensing & Compliance Specialist (CA). Who Are You? BS/BA preferred in Supply Chain Management, Logistics 10+ years in distribution management/leadership 5+ years in executive leadership a plus Working knowledge of warehouse/mechanical equipment, performance management, and warehouse management systems Proven track record of success implementing process improvements and managing projects within a growing organization Proven ability to deliver results, optimize efficiency and accuracy Self-starter, confident in his/her abilities, self-motivated and able to work effectively with limited supervision Customer and employee focused Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with others Strong Leadership skills; superior people management skills Strong organization and prioritizing skills A can-do attitude with excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills.
