Job Description

Opportunity and position information: Jeff Cowan's Pro Talk is looking for experienced fixed ops directors ready to lead the next generation of directors by delivering service advisor and service manager training at assigned dealership accounts nationwide and in Canada. This is a 1099 contract role. Our trainers represent our program delivering our proven word tracks and training programs at assigned dealership accounts across the country. Training schedules are set, and travel is reimbursed.

Requirements:
10+ years in automotive as a fixed operations director. Proven and verifiable progressive experience as a Service Manager, Service Director, and Fixed Ops Director. Comfortable working in-store, on the service drive, with advisors at all levels. You will spend most of your time on drives, implementing our program. Willing and able to travel nationally, this is a nationwide and into Canada role. Strong communicator who can deliver a structured curriculum. You must have the ability to deliver feedback to our dealers on their staff and improvements that need to be made. Must be okay with heavy travel throughout the United States and Canada. You will excel at this role if you know fixed operations and the service drive inside and out, can command a room, and are ready to put that experience to work with a training program that's built to scale. $125,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
