Business Manager ESRI $70,720—$96,720 USD life insurance, vacation time, paid holidays, 401(k) United States, California, Redlands 380 York Street (Show on map) Apr 18, 2026 Overview We are seeking an energetic and resourceful individual to join our dynamic team at Esri. We are dedicated to building the most advanced geospatial and GIS technology in the world. The Business Manager supports the execution of Esri's inbound licensing, financial, and licensor operations across products and services by applying established processes and best practices. This role coordinates with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution across contracts, spend tracking, and operational workflows. Working within defined frameworks and procedures, the Business Manager exercises sound judgment, performs analysis, and provides dependable support that enables product and development teams to operate efficiently and remain focused on delivery. Responsibilities Execute contracting and licensing processes by reviewing agreements, tracking obligations, and escalating risks using defined guidelines
Manage contract lifecycle activities including documentation, system updates, renewals support, and closeout coordination
Assist with third-party financial operations including invoicing, purchase requisitions, licensor setup, and spend tracking
Gather inputs for compliance, global readiness, and licensing reviews to support product intake
Maintain accurate records across enterprise systems to ensure consistent, reliable data
Coordinate cross functional inputs for release documentation and operational readiness workflows
Identify small process improvements that increase efficiency without changing core workflows Requirements 2+ years of experience in operational business support, licensing, or contract support
Demonstrated ability to execute within defined processes
Strong attention to detail and stakeholder communication
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent practical experience
