Director of Operations / Executive Director for RCFE

Must possess minimum 5 years supervising experience as Executive Director in a Larger RCFE. Needs to live no more than 30 minutes from Yucaipa / Redlands , CA Must be willing to assume and maintain the role of Executive Director at any time due to business necessity. Must be on-call for staff and residents Understands and takes responsibility and accountability serious Must oversee all office functions therefor must have a general understanding of office functions Understand budgets and the responsibility of keeping departments in line with controls Must be dedicated to be hands on and lead by example. This means if your team does not show up, you will. You are willing to ensure resident safety. Hire, train, motivate, empower and hold your team accountable. Today's work force needs leadership and positive, professional example to bring them from good to great. Must possess a professional demeanor and a customer service attitude.
