This executive-level leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing warehouse performance, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in warehouse operations, supply chain management, inventory control, and team leadership. This individual will play a critical role in supporting business growth through process improvement, workforce development, and operational innovation. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement operational strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, throughput, and inventory accuracy. Oversee all warehouse functions, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping operations. Lead, coach, and develop warehouse management and staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement. Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational success and achieve company objectives. Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, purchasing, and inventory teams to ensure seamless operational coordination. Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and cost-reduction initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry best practices. Manage warehouse budgets, labor planning, and resource allocation to maximize productivity and profitability. Evaluate and implement warehouse technologies and operational enhancements to support business growth. Maintain high standards for customer service, inventory control, and operational accuracy. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field required. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 8+ years of progressive warehouse operations leadership experience, preferably within the apparel, retail, or distribution industry. Proven experience leading large teams, multiple departments, and high-volume distribution operations. Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities. Strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
