Key Responsibilities Provide strategic and operational leadership for outpatient clinical services, ensuring efficient, high-quality patient care delivery. Partner with practice management and departmental leaders to drive strategic planning initiatives and support the growth, development, and productivity of physician practices and non-physician staff. Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, resource allocation, and cost management, to meet organizational goals. Lead, mentor, and develop managers, supervisors, and team leads to ensure smooth daily operations and a high-performing work environment. Champion service excellence by enhancing both internal collaboration and the overall patient experience. Ensure consistent achievement of quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and performance standards. Foster clear and effective communication across departments to support operational alignment and organizational priorities. #LI-JS1
