Job Description

Securitas is seeking an experienced Global Security Operations Center Manager to lead 24/7 protective services for diverse clients. You will oversee GSOC staff, technology, and procedures to ensure rapid incident detection, assessment, and response. Responsibilities include managing monitoring operations, coordinating with field teams, optimizing workflows, and maintaining SLAs. You will analyze security data, produce reports, refine playbooks, and drive continuous improvement. The manager will lead training, uphold compliance and client standards, and partner with stakeholders to strengthen risk management and crisis response capabilities worldwide. Responsibilities Lead and manage 24/7 global security operations center activities Supervise, schedule, and mentor GSOC operators and supervisors Monitor security systems, alarms, and intelligence feeds for client sites Coordinate incident response with field security teams and client contacts Develop and maintain incident response playbooks and standard operating procedures Analyze security data and trends to produce reports and recommendations Ensure compliance with client requirements, policies, and regulatory standards Drive technology optimization and workflow improvements within the GSOCOversee training, certifications, and performance for GSOC staff Support crisis management, escalation, and communication during major events Required Skills Global security operations management Incident and crisis management Security systems monitoring (CCTV, access control, alarms) GSOC technologies and incident management platforms Risk assessment and threat analysis Standard operating procedure (SOP) development People leadership and team scheduling Security reporting and data analysis Stakeholder and client communication Compliance with security and safety standards
