Multi-Site / Regional Operations Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee integrated facilities operations across multiple client locations. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring consistent service delivery, fostering strong client relationships, and leading cross-functional teams in a complex, fast-paced environment. The Operations Manager will oversee a broad range of facilities services, including maintenance operations, workplace services, janitorial support, vendor management, and overall site operational performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to manage operational priorities while delivering a high level of client satisfaction. This position requires a proactive leader who can navigate evolving business needs, support operational scalability, and maintain a strong culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Lead day-to-day integrated facilities operations across multiple locations Ensure consistent execution of operational standards, policies, and procedures Drive service excellence through performance management and continuous improvement initiatives Support operational planning, issue resolution, and business continuity efforts Monitor operational metrics and implement corrective actions where necessary Client Relationship Management Serve as a primary operational point of contact for client stakeholders Build and maintain strong professional relationships through communication, responsiveness, and follow-through Partner with clients to ensure alignment on operational priorities and service expectations Support business reviews, reporting, and strategic operational discussions Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational concerns Facilities & Service Delivery Oversight Oversee integrated facilities programs, including hard and soft services operations Coordinate maintenance activities, vendor services, and site support functions Ensure compliance with service standards, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations Support quality assurance initiatives and operational audits Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and develop site leadership teams and operational staff Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, professionalism, and engagement Establish clear expectations and support employee performance development Assist with workforce planning, staffing support, and organizational alignment Promote a positive and inclusive work environment focused on operational success Financial & Administrative Management Support budget oversight, forecasting, and cost management initiatives Analyze operational performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and administrative compliance Support strategic planning and operational resource allocation Safety, Compliance & Risk Management Champion a strong safety culture across all assigned operations Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and client-specific requirements Support incident response, corrective actions, and risk mitigation efforts Conduct operational reviews and reinforce compliance expectations Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent operational leadership experience Minimum of 5+ years of experience in facilities management, operations management, or integrated services environments Experience leading multi-site or regional operations preferred Strong client relationship management and communication skills Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities Experience managing vendors, operational performance metrics, and service delivery programs Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational reporting platforms Preferred Qualifications Experience within integrated facilities management or corporate services environments Knowledge of building operations, maintenance programs, and workplace services Financial management and budgeting experience Experience supporting high-profile or complex client environments Why Join Us We offer the opportunity to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment where operational leadership, innovation, and client partnership are highly valued.
