Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Site Lead Field Service Engineer to support operations at a major semiconductor manufacturing facility in San Jose, CA. This position is ideal for a technically minded leader who can effectively manage a small team while serving as the primary point of contact between the team and the customer. The Site Lead will oversee a team of approximately four Field Service Engineers, ensuring service delivery, operational excellence, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction. While technical aptitude is important, leadership, communication, and team management experience are the primary focus for this role. Responsibilities Lead and support a team of Field Service Engineers operating onsite at a semiconductor manufacturing facility. Coordinate daily activities, priorities, schedules, and resource allocation for the team. Serve as the primary escalation point for customer and operational issues. Drive a strong culture of safety, accountability, and customer service. Monitor service metrics, equipment performance, and team productivity. Partner with customer stakeholders and leadership to ensure operational objectives are met. Assist with troubleshooting, maintenance activities, and technical support when required. Support coverage planning, including coordination of extended support through approximately 11:00 PM as needed. Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for team members.
