Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business, or related field 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience

MBA degree Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience The successful Director of Operations will provide strategic and operational leadership for manufacturing operations, driving performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity. This executive will oversee day-to-day production while developing long-term operational strategies that improve throughput, optimize capacity, and strengthen organizational performance.
Responsibilities:
Lead manufacturing operations by establishing production priorities, optimizing capacity, and ensuring customer delivery, quality, and cost objectives are consistently achieved Drive operational excellence through KPI management, Lean Manufacturing, workforce optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives that increase productivity and profitability Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Planning, Maintenance, and Quality to improve production flow, launch new products, and eliminate operational constraints Develop manufacturing talent by coaching leaders, implementing cross-training strategies, and building a culture centered on accountability, engagement, and operational discipline Manage operational budgets, capital planning initiatives, and resource allocation to maximize manufacturing performance and support future growth CiresiMorek is a team of experienced industry professionals known for a hands-on, relationship-driven approach.
