Summary As an Operations - Front of House at Play Park Hospitality, LLC, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient check-in experience. This role is vital in upholding our commitment to exceptional hospitality and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor. Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations. Assist with phone calls, providing information about hotel services and amenities. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness. Perform night audit duties as required to maintain financial accuracy. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with hotel management software is preferred but not required. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
