You will bridge the gap between complex engineering processes and actionable training content, directly impacting the operational readiness of our production teams through meticulous system management and documentation. Responsibilities Translate technical requirements into structured training content, including skills matrices, evaluation rubrics, and compliance modules. Oversee the full lifecycle of documentation, ensuring all training materials adhere to strict revision control and quality standards. Partner with subject matter experts to synthesize new operational procedures into clear, accessible trainee handbooks. Maintain high data integrity within our Learning Management System (LMS) and skills tracking platforms to support audit readiness. Execute regular audits of training documentation to ensure content remains current, accurate, and aligned with organizational goals. Manage administrative workflows for access requests and certification records, ensuring seamless operations across factory departments. Required Skills Proven experience in technical writing, instructional design, or LMS administration. Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and process consistency. Strong ability to translate complex, unstructured information into clear, actionable documentation. Demonstrated success in managing document version control within a regulated environment. Proficiency in navigating and maintaining multiple digital platforms and enterprise systems. Preferred Skills Background in manufacturing, engineering, or highly regulated industrial sectors. Familiarity with competency-based frameworks or skills matrix management software. Experience working with AS9100, ISO, or similar quality management documentation standards. Ability to independently manage a high-volume queue of content requests and administrative tasks.
