Qualifications & Desired Experience:

California Physical Therapy licensure in good standing Hospital or outpatient therapy experience preferred Familiarity with clinical reasoning and comprehensive evaluation Commitment to patient and employee safety best practices Engagement with ongoing professional development and performance improvement initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and treat patient needs with individualized care plans Document treatment and progress in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards Delegate and direct therapy services for assigned patients Educate patients, families, and staff on therapy and safety protocols Mentor students and foster a positive learning environment Maintain active licensure and complete required continuing education
