This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and wants to gain experience in a healthcare and skilled nursing environment. No prior healthcare or hospitality experience is required — we are willing to train the right candidate! Position Summary The Hospitality Aide helps create a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents. This position provides support with non-clinical tasks and assists residents, families, visitors, and staff with day-to-day needs. The ideal candidate is reliable, personable, attentive to detail, and enjoys working with people. Essential Responsibilities Provide friendly and courteous assistance to residents, families, visitors, and staff. Help maintain clean, organized, and welcoming common areas. Assist with meal and dining room preparation and clean-up. Deliver and retrieve items as requested by residents or staff. Assist residents with non-clinical hospitality needs within the scope of the position. Help ensure resident rooms and common areas are comfortable and well-maintained. Answer basic resident requests and direct clinical concerns to the appropriate nursing staff. Assist with activities and special events as needed. Maintain a professional and respectful environment. Follow facility safety, infection control, and privacy policies. Communicate resident needs or concerns to appropriate staff members. Perform additional duties as assigned.
