The Senior Director of Marketing Operations is a strategic leader responsible for architecting, integrating, and optimizing the end-to-end marketing engine across all channels-digital, field, and experiential-to drive measurable growth. This role oversees campaign orchestration, marketing systems, and operational processes that enable scalable, high-performing marketing programs across Professional Case Management and EmVenio. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role leads multiple teams spanning digital marketing, B2C client engagement events, and B2B conferences, while overseeing key vendor and partner relationships. The Senior Director partners closely with Senior Directors of Marketing responsible for division-level strategies (Homecare and Research), as well as the VP of Marketing Strategy and Business Analytics, ensuring alignment between strategic messaging, execution, and performance measurement. This role serves as the operational backbone of the marketing organization, translating strategy into coordinated execution and continuous optimization.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred 15+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership in marketing operations, demand generation, or integrated marketingSTRATEGY
Proven experience leading multi-channel marketing teams across digital, field marketing, conferences, and events (B2B and B2C) Deep expertise in CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, ETC) Strong understanding of marketing analytics, attribution models, and ROI optimization Experience operating within a matrixed organization and partnering with senior marketing, analytics, and sales leadership Demonstrated ability to build and scale marketing infrastructure, processes, and operating models Experience managing conference strategy, field engagement programs, and targeted client events for niche audiences Strong financial acumen and experience managing program-level budgets in alignment with centralized budget strategy Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to manage multiple teams, vendors, and complex initiatives simultaneously Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and marketing analytics/reporting tools Passion for mission-driven healthcare organizations serving chronically ill patientsESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
Oversee planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring alignment with division-specific strategies in partnership with Senior Directors of Marketing (Homecare and Research) Lead and develop integrated marketing teams across digital marketing (e-marketing, websites, digital and field advertising), B2B conferences and B2C client events, including oversight of agencies and vendors Establish and manage a unified marketing operating model that integrates digital, field, and experiential channels Analyze and improve marketing funnel performance, including response rates, conversion rates, and overall channel effectiveness Oversee marketing technology management and execution, ensuring efficient workflows, system integration, compliance, and campaign delivery across platforms Partner with the VP of Marketing Strategy and Business Analytics to align on performance measurement, reporting, and budget strategy Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Creative, Sales, Operations) to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns Drive ongoing operational improvements to enhance scalability, efficiency, and effectiveness across marketing programs All other duties as assigned Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience, skills and other market-based factors.
