Full-Time Morning Shift Guest Services Ambassador (GSA): The Operational Anchor!

(AM Shift) role requires you to assist the Property Manager with the efficient operation of the property. You'll assume operational responsibility in the manager's absence and provide secondary leadership for staff members , ensuring seamless front and back office functions. Your Essential AM Operational Duties As the Morning GSA, you are the first impression for guests, responsible for administrative excellence, safety, and driving revenue.Key Responsibilities Include:
Operational Leadership:
Assume operational responsibility and provide secondary leadership for staff members in the absence of the Property Manager.Guest Relations:
Provide an excellent guest experience by greeting guests warmly, offering assistance, and working to ensure the greatest guest satisfaction possible . Respond to situations as they arise and manage guest conflicts effectively.Front Desk Coordination:
Coordinate all front desk operations such as check-ins, move-outs, renewals, reservations, property tours, and sales events in an efficient and accurate manner.Safety & Compliance:
Inspect studios and public spaces daily according to company and brand standards. Ensure safety of the building and occupants (contacting emergency services when needed) and be able to respond effectively in times of emergency .Revenue Generation:
Execute the lead management process and review Studio Inventory daily to maximize studio revenue. Maintain effective sales of ancillary offerings to accommodate guests needs and maximize revenue. Qualifications & Essential Skills This role requires a proactive approach, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to service and efficiency.Education & Experience Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Experience (Preferred): 1 or more years of experience in the hospitality, retail, or food service industries.Knowledge & Skills Skills:
Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently . Intermediate computer operation, effective communication with staff and guests , strong conflict management skills , and effective negotiation and sales skills .Knowledge:
