Job Overview:
Come be a manager in one of Boulders staple resturants. Falafel King in Boulder has been on Pearl Street for over 48 years. You will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. We are looking for skilled, attentive, responsible employees. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Two years restaurant management is required. Wages will be salary PLUS tips
Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Make food suchs as gyros and falafel pitas
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
  • Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
  • Provide recommendations on menu items and answer questions about the menu
  • Upsell additional items or specials to enhance the guest experience
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including bussing tables
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and delivery
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Skills:
  • Strong math skills for accurately processing payments
  • Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience
  • Culinary knowledge to answer questions about menu items
  • Familiarity with food safety practices to ensure guest health and safety
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
