Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment with standard outpatient hours
Qualifications & Experience:
Valid and current Physical Therapy license Demonstrated experience in hospital or outpatient/PT therapy settings Strong clinical reasoning and evaluation skills Adherence to state practice acts and ethical codes Commitment to ongoing professional development, including completion of required continuing education Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients, families, and colleagues
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and implement/modifying individualized treatment plans Oversee and delegate therapy-related services for assigned patients Develop functional, community-focused rehabilitation programs Serve as an educator to patients, families, and staff, supporting a positive student learning environment Document care thoroughly and in compliance with all regulatory and facility guidelines Champion patient and employee safety in all activities Engage in ongoing performance improvement and professional development initiatives
