Emergency Response Coordinator

At Restoration 1 of West Denver , our Emergency Recovery Coordinators (ERCs) are the first point of contact for property owners experiencing fire, water, mold, or environmental damage. This role is critical in guiding customers through some of the most stressful situations they will face, providing clarity, confidence, and a path forward. ERCs respond quickly to new losses, assess the situation, and help initiate the mitigation and restoration process. Unlike many companies, we offer full-service restoration with in-house reconstruction , allowing ERCs to confidently present a complete solution from emergency response through final rebuild. This is a relationship-driven, field-based role that combines customer service, sales, and problem-solving. ERCs work closely with our operations team, insurance partners, property managers, and community contacts to deliver a high level of service while also driving new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Respond to emergency leads quickly and professionally Meet with property owners on-site to assess damage and explain next steps Educate customers on mitigation, environmental services, and full reconstruction capabilities Build trust and provide clear guidance during high-stress situations Coordinate with internal teams, adjusters, and industry partners to move projects forward Develop and maintain strong relationships with plumbers, property managers, insurance agents, and community partners Represent Restoration 1 at local events and networking opportunities Stay knowledgeable of service offerings, industry standards, and local market conditions Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals Maintain required certifications and follow all company and industry standards Participate in an on-call rotation, including nights, weekends, and holidays What We're Looking For Strong communicator with the ability to build trust quickly Calm, confident, and solution-oriented under pressure Self-motivated with a sales-driven mindset Ability to manage multiple opportunities and follow through consistently Professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach Education & Experience 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles

Preferred:

4-6 years in restoration, construction, home services, insurance, fire/EMS, or related industries IICRC certifications (WRT, FSRT, etc.) are a plus or willingness to obtain Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

From $60,000.00 per year
