Overview We are seeking an office Lead M-F to oversee operations within our Denver Tech Center (Englewood) office and work collaboratively with our Castle Rock and Parker location Leads. The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills and a basic understanding of administrative functions, medical office operations, and human resources. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive performance, enhance operational efficiency, and foster a positive work environment. The Office Lead oversees daily operations, ensuring consistency in processes, compliance, and staff management. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Office Lead will provide leadership, training, and support to to staff while optimizing workflows and implementing strategic initiatives. Duties Oversee daily operations within the Denver Tech Center location, ensuring workflow efficiency, consistency, and compliance. Supervise staff, manage schedules, performance reviews, and collaborate with the HR Director regarding HR-related concerns. Conduct weekly meetings with staff and provide operational updates to the Executive Director. Oversee inventory, supply management, and ensure cost control measures. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and MIPS regulations, conducting audits and staff training. Support marketing efforts, referral partnerships, and community outreach initiatives. Manage technology updates, troubleshoot software issues, and coordinate device maintenance. Review and enforce key operational metrics. Travel between locations when needed for staff meetings, and to provide onsite support, mentor new employees, and foster a collaborative work environment. Skills Knowledge of front and back office operations, as well as medical office management, is required. Strong administrative skills with proficiency in managing office systems and processes. Proficient in leading front/back-office operations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead multiple projects and people simultaneously. Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with team members at all levels.Minimum Requirements:
Experience:
1+ year in management or a Lead role, medical assisting, and front desk roles. Dermatology experience is preferred.Travel:
Occassional travel between Southern locations (Denver Tech Center, Castle Rock, and Parker).Education:
Bachelor's Degree (preferred).Technical:
Experience with EMR systems (preferably ModMed) and Apple iOS operating systems.Other:
Must have US work authorization.Pay:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:
