Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a full-time School Success Operations Manager for a 1-year contract opportunity in Greeley, CO. This role supports a multi-campus Student Success environment and is ideal for an organized, service-focused professional who enjoys leading front desk operations, supporting student-facing services, supervising student employees, and improving administrative processes. This position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on the student experience while working closely with student services leadership, advising teams, technology partners, and campus staff. - Lead daily front desk operations and ensure a welcoming, efficient, and student-centered service experience across multiple campus locations.
- Supervise, train, schedule, coach, and support approximately 14 Student Success Guides while maintaining coverage and service standards.
- Manage operational technology systems, including CRM, appointment scheduling, phone queues, voicemail processes, and related front desk tools.
- Collect, maintain, analyze, and report operational and student engagement data to support process improvement and informed decision-making.
- Respond professionally to escalated student, family, and community concerns, including situations requiring referrals or additional support.
- Collaborate with advising, technology, student services, and campus leadership teams to improve workflows, systems, and the overall student experience. Compensation and Benefits
Pay:
$25.20 per hour.- Salary range: $25.00 to $25.30 per hour.
