Director of Dental Operations Revive Dental Firestone, CO Job Details Full-time $26 - $34 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Employee discount Qualifications Revenue cycle management Customer communication Office management Full Job Description Revive Dental - Director of Dental Operations Revive Dental is looking for a positive, organized, and steady person to help support the daily flow of the practice. We are a family dental office with a strong focus on implants, surgery, and full-arch care. We are continuing to grow, and we want someone who can help us build better systems, improve communication, and keep the team feeling supported and organized. This is a good role for someone who enjoys figuring out how to make the day run better — not just for patients, but for the team too. About the Role The Director of Dental Operations helps support the front office, patient flow, scheduling systems, insurance workflows, and overall organization of the practice. This role works closely with Dr. Briskie, the front office team, the clinical team, and our outside billing partners to help keep things moving smoothly. This is not a sit-back management role. It is hands-on. The right person is willing to jump in where needed, answer phones, help with front-office tasks, notice where things are getting stuck, and help improve the system around it. For the right person, this role can grow into a broader Office Manager or Practice Operations Manager position over time. We believe leadership starts with first learning the systems, understanding the team, and building trust. What We Value We are looking for someone who brings a positive attitude and helps make the office better.
We value:
Professionalism and mutual respect Clear communication Follow-through A team-first attitude Calm problem-solving Accountability without blame A willingness to help where needed Systems that make the day easier, not harder A supportive, patient-first mindset We want someone who can help bring good energy to the team, especially on days when there are a lot of moving parts. What You'll Be Helping With Supporting day-to-day practice flow Helping keep the schedule organized and protected Answering phones and helping with patient communication Supporting front-office workflows Assisting with insurance verification when needed Helping create and improve SOPs Noticing bottlenecks and helping fix them Helping with handoffs between the front office, clinical team, and billing partners Working with CDT Professionals on billing, claims, and insurance workflows Helping keep systems organized so things do not fall through the cracks Supporting a calm, positive, and organized work environment What This Role Is Not This role is not mainly responsible for: Direct HR management or staff discipline Clinical decision-making Treatment planning Primary ownership of implant case acceptance Replacing other specialized roles in the office This position is meant to support the systems, the team, and the flow of the practice. Who May Be a Good Fit You may be a good fit if you are: Positive and encouraging Organized and reliable Calm under pressure Good with people Comfortable helping at the front desk Able to see both the details and the bigger picture Good at following through Interested in improving systems Able to give and receive feedback professionally Someone who wants to help the team succeed Dental front-office or dental operations experience is preferred, but the right attitude, judgment, communication, and follow-through matter a lot.
