Student Success Operations Manager

Office Clerical Greeley, Colorado Contract Sep 9, 2026

SNI Companies' client located in Greeley, CO is immediately seeking to hire a Student Success Operations Manager for an exciting, 10-month contract opportunity. This temporary, full-time position is expected to be 40 hours per week onsite, paying $25.29 hourly during the contract duration of the assignment. The estimated duration for this assignment is now through June 30th, 2027. Student Success Operations Manager The Staff Associate must demonstrate sufficient experience in key areas required for the role including: data tracking, budget monitoring, expense reports, purchasing, meeting support, event logistics, and support for multiple programs/initiatives at one time. Additionally, prior experience working with diverse groups is also preferred.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Admin, Education, Counseling/Advising, Instructional Design, or other related field; plus 3 years of experience OR a combination of education and/or related experience (ex: AA degree plus 5 years related experience or 7 years related experience in lieu of a degree is required)

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

Student Success Operations and Service Delivery

Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Student Success Unit front desk experience across the Advising and Transitions Center departments.

Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational processes that support a welcoming, efficient, and student-centered service environment.

Ensure front desk operations align with institutional values, the Case Management Advising Model, and Appreciative Advising principles and practices.

Monitor daily workflows and make real-time operational decisions to address changing priorities and service demands.

Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions to minimize disruption to students and staff.

Manage and support students, parents, and community members experiencing escalated concerns, complex situations, or crises, and ensure timely support and appropriate referrals.

Create and maintain front desk coverage schedules, staffing rotations, and operational adjustments based on student employee availability and departmental needs.

Develop and maintain broad knowledge of college programs, services, policies, and resources to ensure exceptional customer service and support.

Co-create and support the ongoing vision, goals, and student experience expectations of the Student Success Unit front desk.

Student Success Guide Supervision, Training, and Development

Recruit, hire, onboard, train, supervise, schedule, evaluate, and support Student Success Guides across multiple campus locations.

Provide direct supervision for approximately 14 student employees across Greeley, Windsor, and Fort Lupton campuses.

Assign and prioritize daily work responsibilities while ensuring adequate staffing coverage.

Foster a positive team culture emphasizing accountability, service excellence, leadership development, and professional growth.

Develop, maintain, and continuously improve onboarding materials, training documents, standard operating procedures, and knowledge resources.

Design and facilitate onboarding and ongoing training experiences to ensure consistency in service delivery and operational effectiveness.

Ensure Student Success Guides receive ongoing coaching and skill development aligned with departmental and institutional priorities.

Approve student employee timecards and complete associated Workday responsibilities.

Technology Systems Administration and Operational Support

Serve as the Student Success Unit operational lead for technology systems supporting the unit and front desk operations.

Manage unit-level administration and operational functionality of systems including Element 451, QLess, Avaya phone systems, and other assigned platforms.

Support continued implementation and enhancement of CRM processes and workflows aligned with the Case Management Advising Model.

Collaborate with IT and CRM staff to identify operational needs and improve system functionality and user experiences.

Troubleshoot and resolve system-related operational concerns.

Manage and support the Student Success Unit phone queue, voicemail processes, and appointment scheduling functions.

Support appointment scheduling and rescheduling processes for success coaches.

Manage operational-related TDX tickets associated with shared facilities, technology, and operational needs.

Data, Reporting, and Systems Management

Collect, maintain, analyze, and report operational and student engagement data to support unit and departmental decision making.

Generate recurring and ad hoc reports from CRM and other institutional systems.

Monitor and identify trends, opportunities, and operational improvements through data-informed practices.

Complete annual updates and maintenance of academic plans within the institution's degree planning system.

Ensure accuracy and integrity of operational and student-facing information across assigned systems.

Leadership, Collaboration, and Strategic Support

Participate as an active member of the Student Success Leadership Community and contribute to a culture grounded in the unit's shared leadership philosophy.

Collaborate across departments and functional teams to support Student Success initiatives and goals.

Participate in department meetings, all-advising meetings, unit communications, and other meetings as appropriate.

Exercise independent judgment and decision-making in addressing operational concerns and determining appropriate courses of action.

Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to strategic planning and implementation activities across the Student Success Unit.

Support a dynamic environment consisting of multiple departments and functional teams with changing operational needs and priorities.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
