Full Job Description Dominion Water & Sanitation District Field Operations Manager Salary Range:

Greenwood Village, CO Dominion Water & Sanitation District (DWSD) is seeking a hands-on and strategic Field Operations Manager to lead and build its growing water and wastewater operations program during a critical period of expansion. Reporting to the Deputy General Manager/General Manager, this role will oversee wholesale and retail operations, including water transmission and distribution, wastewater collection and treatment, and ongoing infrastructure development. The Field Operations Manager will play a key role in establishing standard operating procedures, developing teams, guiding capital and operational planning, and ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant utility operations, while actively participating in field activities as needed. Located in northwest Douglas County, Colorado, DWSD serves a rapidly growing service area and is transitioning operations and maintenance services in-house to support long-term system performance and customer expectations. The ideal candidate is a senior-level operations professional with strong experience in water and wastewater systems (with emphasis in wastewater), who is comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment and can build systems, develop staff, and strengthen organizational processes. This position requires a collaborative leader with strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and a commitment to high-quality customer service and operational excellence.
