Full-Time Position Overview Rex Nova Transportation is hiring an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee drivers and transportation operations in Pueblo, Colorado and Albuquerque, New Mexico . This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supporting drivers, monitoring routes, ensuring safety and compliance, and resolving operational issues. The supervisor must be willing to drive company routes and provide coverage when needed . Responsibilities Oversee and support drivers in Pueblo and Albuquerque. Monitor routes, performance, safety, and compliance. Coach and train drivers. Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and management. Conduct road tests and safety observations. Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training. Review timecards and operational reports. Resolve driver and operational issues. Provide route coverage and drive when company needs require. Requirements Valid Class A CDL required. Previous transportation or management experience. 5+ years management experience required. 3+ years Class A CDL driving experience preferred. Knowledge of

DOT/FMCSA

regulations. Strong leadership and communication skills. Must be flexible with scheduling based on company needs. Ability to travel and perform physical duties as needed.
