Supervise team management activities, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives. Utilize Excel data analysis to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and support data-driven decision making. Drive project management efforts across multiple departments to ensure timely delivery of initiatives that support business growth. Foster a culture of leadership by guiding executive-level teams in strategic management, operational improvements, and team development. Implement lean management principles to eliminate waste, optimize processes, and improve overall operational efficiency. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to align operational strategies with customer needs and business objectives. Lead continuous process improvement efforts by analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and deploying innovative solutions. Requirements Proven experience in management roles with a focus on business management, operations management, or related fields. Strong understanding of profit & loss analysis coupled with financial management skills. Demonstrated ability in Excel data analysis for reporting and decision-making purposes. Extensive project management experience with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives successfully. Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels. Experience supervising teams, developing talent, and fostering leadership within an organization. Knowledge of lean management techniques and process improvement methodologies. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within a fast-paced environment.
