DaVita has an open position for a Regional Operations Manager (ROM) is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day SNF Dialysis operations within a designated market or geographical region. They provide leadership and direction to drive operational results, ensure high-quality patient care, and foster positive teammate relations. The ROM manages the implementation of programs and initiatives while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the organization. Requirements:
Bachelor`s degree (in any discipline) OR Registered Nurse license required Minimum of five years' management experience leading and directly managing teams; managed care and multi-site experience strongly preferred Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook Experience in managing budget/PnL, staffing, operations and building relationships with various stakeholders.
